We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support business units in the analysis, formalization, and optimization of their needs, while ensuring the link between users, project teams, and technical teams.

You will work on transformation projects and information system evolutions by contributing to the definition of processes, the writing of functional requirements, and the support of stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Main responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and formalize business needs.
• Facilitate workshops with users and stakeholders.
• Map and optimize business processes.
• Write specifications, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Perform impact analyses and feasibility studies.
• Ensure the interface between business units and technical teams.
• Participate in the definition of solutions and the prioritization of needs.
• Support testing, acceptance, and production phases.
• Contribute to change management and the adoption of new solutions.
• Produce reporting and project documentation.

Profile sought

• Proven experience in Business Analysis within complex environments.
• Excellent capacity for analysis, synthesis, and modeling.
• Very good skills in workshop facilitation and requirements gathering.
• Strong interpersonal skills with business and technical interlocutors.
• Mastery of functional analysis methods and requirements management.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Appreciated assets

• Experience in digital transformation projects or information system evolutions.
• Mastery of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid approaches.
• Knowledge of process modeling tools and Business Analysis methodologies.
• IIBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification.
