Monitoring and setting up the relevant quality and foodsafety equipment (camera systems, test and measuring devices) as well as the documentation. Maintenance of water bath. Sample removal according to plan. Assistance in goods receipt. Checking and sorting of semi-finished and finished products. In case of deviation from the product specification: documentation and information to the supervisor. Can be called upon to support other tasks in the quality area. General correspondence. Willingness to work shifts.
