As part of our strong development, we are recruiting a:
Senior Procurement & Inventory Officer
Guarantee the integrity of data useful for MRP steering (item and supplier data),
Analyze needs based on the systems in place and launch supplier orders (Out of BOM and In BOM),
Implement the procurement strategy on a daily basis,
Manage orders for MRP items until their receipt,
Follow the order signature and archiving process,
Follow up, update and chase supplier ARs,
Steer the monitoring of stock levels and steer agreed actions,
Be the reference contact for internal teams on procurement topics, autonomously or in support of the Procurement Manager,
Monitor performance using indicators, update and present KPI dashboards, then propose and steer necessary corrective action plans,
Actively participate in continuous improvement projects for the procurement function and contribute to the reliability of tools.
