For an established cleaning and service company in Central Switzerland, we are looking for a Team Leader Maintenance Cleaning (80-100 %) in the Lucerne area, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Technical and organizational leadership of a cleaning team in maintenance
• Deployment planning, route and tour coordination (midday and evening shifts)
• Quality assurance on-site in offices, private households and business premises
• Instruction and support of employees, substitution during absences
• Contact person for customers and internal dispatch
• Co-responsibility for winter service and special assignments
• Control of work equipment, reporting of defects and remedial work
• Support of the division management with reports and simple administrative tasks

Requirements

• Completed basic training in cleaning or equivalent multi-year practical experience in maintenance cleaning
• Initial leadership experience or demonstrable team responsibility is an advantage
• Fluent communication in High German
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Independent, efficient and thorough way of working
• Assertiveness with appreciative interaction
• Physical fitness, well-groomed appearance
• Flexibility for shifts at midday and in the evening
