Workload 100% Contract permanent Start date immediately or by arrangement Tasks You implement the market and sales strategy in the area of Care Gastronomy National and continuously develop it further You know the challenges of care homes, hospitals and social institutions in the area of gastronomy. You build sustainable customer relationships, actively maintain them and win new customers in the care home and hospital sector You bear responsibility for turnover, and can enforce margin and contribution margin targets without endangering the customer relationship You use CRM, DWH, ERP systems in everyday life and create number-based arguments You conduct price and assortment negotiations at chef and C-level independently You work closely with internal interfaces such as customer center, category management and marketing You actively participate in customer events and actively contribute to sales trainings Requirements You bring sound professional experience in the area of sales/ Key Account Management (at least 3 years) You have a commercial, sales or business administration education You are fit with Excel, can handle Pivot and large data tables You can create individual PowerPoints for customers and present them winningly.
