Responsibilities Offer an exceptional customer experience • Welcome each client with elegance, professionalism and discretion. • Understand the needs, desires and expectations of each person. • Present our collections, novelties and exceptional pieces. • Share the history, savoir-faire and technical characteristics of our creations. Develop commercial performance • Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding sales objectives. • Develop and build loyalty with a local and international clientele. • Ensure careful follow-up with clients and maintain a privileged long-term relationship. • Participate in exclusive events and product launches of the Maison. Guarantee boutique excellence • Ensure the enhancement of products and window displays. • Maintain an irreproachable environment, in line with the standards of the Maison. • Perform administrative operations related to sales. • Participate in inventories and stock monitoring. • Respect security procedures and brand quality requirements. Accompany clients after their purchase • Advise clients on maintenance and repair services. • Ensure follow-up on after-sales service requests. • Guarantee proactive and transparent communication throughout the customer journey.
