• Next-generation payments & Digital Banking: Professional focus on the most modern payment systems and the entire payment ecosystem in all its facets.
• In-depth analysis & interpretation: Global analysis of banking processes (e.g., payments, securities trading) as well as structured collection of user requirements.
• Interface work & coordination: Confident merging and moderation of requirements with internal and external stakeholders (client banks, product management, development).
• Solution architecture & User Stories: Precise elaboration of functional and technical User Stories for smooth implementation in the agile development team.
• Excellent quality: Definition of clear acceptance criteria, structured testing, and guaranteeing the highest quality standards.
• Sustainable maintenance of solutions: Evaluation, qualification, and support of submitted issues and evolution requests from our client banks.

You enthuse us with...

• Solid training & experience: Completed higher education (FH / Uni / HF) in economics, computer science, or finance or several years of professional experience with appropriate training/certification (e.g., IREB CPRE, CBAP).
• Methodological & banking knowledge: Solid knowledge of banking processes combined with mastery of modern web applications and modeling languages (e.g., UML, BPMN).
• Strong capacity for abstraction: Ability to quickly understand complex subjects, recognize cross-cutting links, and convey clear concepts adapted to the target audience.
• Curiosity & initiative: You are passionate about creating new things, think unconventionally, and have the energy necessary to advance topics autonomously.
• Communication & charisma: You are a convincing team player who presents ideas in a targeted manner, appreciates the opinions of others, and actively seeks dialogue.
• Language skills: Professional proficiency in German and English for professional collaboration in a dynamic environment.
