Head of Nursing/Team Leader Coordination Spitex (80-100%) / Permanent Introduction On behalf of our client, a sympathetic, renowned and strongly growing Spitex organization (PA model) with a sympathetic company culture (workplace Bern or Zurich city, central locations, parking spaces in front of the house, regular weekly working hours), we are looking for an experienced Dipl. Nursing specialist / BSc Nursing for the department and team management as well as punctual case management (without nursing activity). Type of work In this versatile function, you will lead a collegial team of specialists (Dipl. Nursing specialists and Dipl. Health professionals), which takes over the case management and nursing planning for the care including preventive support of clients at home. You plan the nursing services across the board, including supervision in needs assessments, target specifications and deployment planning for Dipl. PH/FaGe's and nursing relatives (PA), who care for patients on site. You support punctually in case management and coordination with health insurance companies, advise the teams and support the consultation of clients (by phone, occasionally also on site - e.g. for site determinations or complex topics). Together with your team, you ensure the optimal provision of nursing services and client care. As a communicative person, you also find it easy to work together with various contact persons (management, care team, external offices such as health insurance companies or authorities) and exchange information. Nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent further education and have possibly additional further education (e.g. NDS medical or business administration). Additionally, you have already gained versatile practice in leadership, case management and coordination in the nursing sector (ideally including Spitex). You enjoy communicating with different contact persons, accompanying nursing cases with your teams and building a professional relationship based on trust. You work with high independence, are well organized and have a great ability to introduce and a healthy dose of humor.
