To counteract the decline in young audiences and revive qualitative cinema culture among young people, experts from the film industry founded the non-profit association #cine. The same-named project #cine is aimed at 14 to 20-year-olds and is represented in ten Swiss cities. For the #cine team, we are looking for a: Project Coordinator in Solothurn 15% Your tasks So that the cinema becomes an attraction for young adults again, new and surprising film experiences are needed. #cine actively involves young people in the project. They choose the film, design the concept around the film screening, and are responsible for communication around the event. The task of the coordinators is to assemble a group of young people in their city and work out the concepts for #cine's film events with this project group. This can include previews or special screenings. The coordinators are responsible for implementing the concepts in the cinemas. Your profile Ideally, you are between 18 and 30 years old, live in Solothurn, enjoy working with young people, and are interested in films and culture. You bring • Structured way of working • Organizational, coordination, and communication skills • Convincing power and negotiating skills • Creativity, initiative, and motivation • Knowledge of social media We offer This position corresponds to approximately 6 hours per week and is limited until June 2027. A #cine event will take place approximately every 1-2 months. Fee per organized event: 750 CHF. The commitment could continue for the next season from September 2027. Interested?
