MISSION DESCRIPTION

• Prepare and anticipate interventions by ensuring the availability of material, implants, and necessary devices according to the specialties operated
• Guarantee precise, fluid, and secure instrumentation throughout the interventions
• Actively participate in varied surgeries, with a particularly rich activity in orthopedics and neurosurgery
• Ensure rigorous compliance with hygiene, sterility, and patient safety protocols
• Contribute to the quality and efficiency of the operating room organization
• Collaborate in a benevolent and professional team spirit with all stakeholders

EXPECTED PROFILE

• A diploma as an instrument nurse, or TSO
• Versatility for all types of specialties (orthopedic surgery and neurosurgery, an asset)
• Excellent adaptability and sense of priorities
• Availability, rigor, and flexibility
• Sense of responsibility
• Good resistance to stress
• French language oral and written
