• 28 July 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • Nyon, CH   Pension and compliance lawyer (f/m/d) # Law & Compliance / Nyon / Professionals with professional experience / Indefinite / 80% - 100% What awaits you ## As a lawyer specialized in pension and compliance, you are part of the Juridique et Compliance Department of Mobilière Suisse Société d'assurances sur la vie SA in Nyon, responsible for legal support for our Pension departments as well as for their clients. What you can achieve with us ## Your main task consists of supporting internal departments, as well as general agencies, for all questions relating to life insurance (notably LCA, inheritance law, law of obligations, insurance supervision law, etc.).   In collaboration with the Group Compliance Office in Berne, you are the contact person for compliance questions and for processing all requests in this field (notably LBA, LPCC, LPD, LSFin, FINMA circulars, etc.).   Thanks to your analytical skills and interpersonal skills, you participate in the implementation of legislative changes within Mobilière-Vie and ensure the monitoring of legislative and jurisprudential developments. What you bring ## • University degree in law, the bar exam is an asset • Experience in the insurance field and ideally in compliance • Analytical mind with a strong capacity for work • Sense of responsibility and team spirit • Excellent knowledge of German (Swiss) and French Working with us ## A team composed of lawyers awaits you.
