Technical Senior Supporter 2nd Level (m/w/d), 80-100%, in Rotkreuz Your tasks You ensure high-quality second-level support for partners and technicians; You collect feedback from the field, reproduce errors, and define software improvements for the development of our platforms; You support the back office, product management, and sales, and coordinate internal inquiries; You support the maintenance of our public partner documents (wiki/knowledge database); You actively participate in internal projects in various business areas (e.g., process optimizations, platforms). Your profile You have completed technical vocational training (e.g., as an electrician, computer scientist, electronics engineer, business IT specialist); You have at least three years of professional experience in support and convince with your passion for helping customers in a solution-oriented way; You can process tickets and phones in a target-group-specific manner (drivers, partners, station owners); You are a team player and have the ability to express yourself according to the situation; Independent work, initiative, and sense of responsibility are required; You have a high level of stress tolerance, willingness to work, and flexibility; You speak fluent German and English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
