MS Cloud Engineer & Product Specialist (M365)

In our consulting and engineering teams, you will accompany a client in their Cloud migration. This is a hybrid role between technical and Product Management. Your mission: define the guidelines, organize governance and secure the transition to M365 tools, integrating regulatory constraints. Missions: M365 Governance: Design, implement and automate M365 governance. Define planning and organize access to applications (Planner, Viva, Teams). Security & Risks: Frame data leak protection (DLP), internal collaboration and conditional access. Participate in legal evaluations to validate compliance with data storage in the Cloud. Technical Migration: Supervise the migration of mailboxes to Exchange Online, review mail traffic, archiving, retention and backup. Collaborative Space: Deploy SharePoint Online and OneDrive for teams. Product Management: Convey the vision, bring together technical and business teams, and ensure communication with external stakeholders. We are looking for a profile capable of simplifying technical aspects, questioning existing practices and leading planning. Mandatory skills: Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (MS Cloud Engineer, M365 Consultant, Architect). Technical: Mastery of the Modern Workplace environment (Teams, Viva, Planner, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive). Product Management: Practice in roadmap management, planning, team coordination and external communication. Leadership: Ability to unite stakeholders and drive change. Risks: Knowledge of compliance and Data Leak Protection (DLP). Fluent English and French.
