For over 75 years, at Suter Inox AG we have been combining Swiss craftsmanship with innovative technology and a strong service orientation – for demanding customers who value uncompromising quality, predictability and freedom of design.

We are an owner-managed Swiss SME with around 150 employees and own production with headquarters in Schinznach-Bad. Our core market is Switzerland, with showrooms in Zürich and Crissier. Since autumn 2025, we have been represented with a headquarters and a showroom in Germany. Suter products are also distributed via partners throughout Europe.

As a stainless steel specialist, our core competence lies in custom-made stainless steel worktops as well as sinks and basins with innovative drain and overflow technology. Faucets of the own brand Suter and selected exclusive models from partner brands complement the range.

What you achieve

Our customer service team is looking for reinforcement.

In this role, you are the central hub between customers as well as internal and external service technicians with the following tasks:

• Proactive deployment planning and coordination of the internal and external installers and measurers
• Verification of the measurement data and installation documents regarding technical feasibility, completeness and implementability
• Ordering and management of consumables and installation materials as well as ensuring the required material availability
• Recording of repair orders
• Processing of complaints in the area of custom manufacturing
