• Management of your own portfolio of rental properties, condominiums, commercial properties.... - Contact with building technicians, caretakers and tenants - Apartment inspections and handovers - Organizing apartment viewings - Creating advertisements - Obtaining documents from prospective tenants - Heating cost accounting - Various administration (creating lease agreements...) #####

You bring the following backpack: #####

• At least 4 years of experience in the real estate sector - Commercial basic training - Native German speaker - Age from 25 years up to 40 years - Driver's license B - Well-groomed appearance and good manners #####
