Head of Infrastructure, Operations and Support - IT Department - Multisite

Responsibilities

• Lead the Support & Workstations and Infrastructure & Operations teams, by developing the skills, autonomy, and empowerment of employees.
• Guarantee the availability, performance, and security of infrastructures, and evolve operations towards a proactive and standardized approach.
• Define and evolve the technological foundation of the information system, by anticipating developments, obsolescence, and future needs.
• Ensure the quality of processing user incidents and requests, and manage major incidents.
• Manage external suppliers and partners, monitor compliance with their commitments, and participate in budget monitoring.
• Design, coordinate, and manage IT and cross-functional projects, in connection with business teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Higher education in computer science, management information systems, or a related field (Bachelor HES/University, ES diploma, or title deemed equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the operation of complex IT environments.
• Proven experience in management and team leadership, as well as in the management of external suppliers and partners.
• Good knowledge of infrastructures, systems, networks, and security issues.
• Leadership, sense of service, and ability to organize, prioritize, and arbitrate.
• Knowledge of the hospital environment is an asset.
