HR Clerk (m/f/d) Start by agreement | Winznau SO Your tasks You are the HR contact person for the locations Winznau SO and, during the maternity cover, also for Hägendorf SO. Additionally, you support the Lupfig AG branch occasionally with recruitments, employee appraisals, and administrative HR topics. You handle the entire recruitment process in close cooperation with the line management. You support the line management and employees with HR-relevant topics as well as with legal questions and support them during employee appraisals You look after and advise long-term absentees due to illness and accident You work closely with HR at the headquarters and perform tasks in connection with occupational health management (BGM) You carry out the payroll preparations and mutations for the headquarters and are responsible for the working time management at your location You organize and coordinate employee events In this all-round function, you support the branch manager with further administrative tasks in the transport/logistics sector.
