These are your tasks * You further develop our website and our B2B online shop together with external partners, from requirements to implementation. * You improve the digital Customer Journey so that our customers can find suitable products more easily, understand them better, and order more simply. * You plan and control our activities in SEO, SEA, and Performance Marketing and check their impact based on clear goals. * You analyze user behavior and relevant metrics, identify potential for improvement, and derive concrete measures from them. * You manage digital projects independently, set priorities, and bring together marketing, sales, product management, IT, and external specialists. What you bring with you * You have several years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or in the management of digital platforms, ideally in a B2B environment or with products requiring explanation. * You have experience with shop systems and CMS solutions. Knowledge of Magento and TYPO3 is an advantage. * You understand how SEO, SEA, Analytics, User Experience, and Conversion Optimization interact, and can derive concrete recommendations for action from them. * You have successfully implemented digital projects and have experience in managing external partners. * You understand technical contexts, formulate clear requirements, and can critically assess proposed solutions. * You work independently and in a structured manner, set clear priorities, and keep the goal in mind even with different requirements. * You bring people together and enjoy trying new things and driving changes forward together.
