The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection-molded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling to metal and plastic parts. Our goal is to produce as many parts as possible in-house. This allows us to remain agile, independent, and efficient. You can achieve this: • Compliance with guidelines and regulations according to internal regulations • Inspection of delivered goods with the Babtec inspection software, according to the specifications in the inspection plan • Support of the team in goods receipt, at the ramp and in other areas, to ensure a smooth process in MFG IGI • Reporting of errors in the processes • Evaluation of the quality of suppliers • Ensuring the storability of articles by labeling, repackaging, etc. • Guaranteeing a fast and clean working method to minimize the throughput times of the articles • Performing various forklift tasks You bring: • Completed vocational training, preferably as a logistician or in the mechanical field • Proficiency in handling the MS Office package, experience with the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage • Physical fitness (regularly lifting and moving goods up to 15kg) • Experience in the field of procurement logistics and goods receipt • Possession of a forklift driver-s license is a plus • Good German language skills at least B, English language skills are an advantage • Independent and exact working method with a sense of responsibility and quality awareness • Motivated and team-oriented personality who enjoys actively shaping their work Learn more about career opportunities at Hamilton under jobs.hamilton.ch.
