Finance & Controlling Specialist 100% (a), Ostschweiz

Your tasks:

• Independent collaboration on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Responsibility for the valuation of inventories as well as tasks in fixed asset and operating accounting
• Collaboration in the creation and further development of budgets and forecasts
• Active participation in cross-departmental projects and the optimization of internal financial processes
• Support in the maintenance and further development of financial systems as a Key User
• Close cooperation with internal departments, production sites and central controlling
• Preparation of analyses, evaluations and decision-making bases for the finance management

Your profile:

• Completed training in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the finance area as well as ideally initial leadership experience, for example in a deputy or management function
• Good ERP knowledge and very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards as well as understanding of internal control systems (IKS) and compliance requirements
• Strong hands-on mentality with an independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
• Initiative and enjoyment in recognizing potential for improvement, contributing own suggestions and actively helping to shape changes
• Analytical and networked way of thinking as well as interest in the optimization and digitalization of financial processes
• Open, proactive communication as well as constructive cooperation with internal departments and Group Controlling
