This position represents a key function within the workshop, with a central role in production organization, supporting teams and improving manufacturing methods.
CDI - 100% rate
Production methods technician - electronics
Technical training: automation technician, electronics technician, ES technician or training deemed equivalent
Confirmed experience in an industrial environment
Experience in production organization and/or in methods
Hands-on person, pragmatic and problem-solving oriented
Ability to unite and support teams
Comfort with IT tools and production management software
Interest in designing concrete solutions: fixtures, tooling and improvement of workstations
Plan, organize and monitor production on a daily basis
Supervise and support teams by providing technical support
Be present on the ground and resolve issues related to machines, tooling, dies and manufacturing processes
Design, test and implement fixtures and tooling facilitating the work of the teams
Optimize flows, workstations and manufacturing methods
Create and maintain work instructions
Analyze production times and identify areas for improvement
Actively participate in the evolution and continuous improvement of the workshop
