For the development of our main strategic solutions, we are currently looking for a highly experienced, highly motivated, and operational technical coordinator: TECHNICAL COORDINATOR (SOFTWARE / AUTOMATION) The technical coordinator is responsible for the coordination and conduct of the validation of industrial software and/or automation solutions for our coding machines. The role combines solid technical expertise, delivery responsibility, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring predictable execution, high quality, and continuous improvement of processes and solutions. Role:

• Ensure the coordination of the validation of software versions for our internal industrial coding machines
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor validation and production activities for customer-specific customizations.
• Actively manage planning, risks, technical dependencies, and delivery constraints, taking corrective actions through replanning, reprioritizing, or mitigation if necessary.
• Investigate and resolve technical dependencies with development, quality assurance, deployment, and operations teams. Ensure the availability of machines and hardware for validation.
• Plan and execute validation by ensuring the operational readiness of coding machines to the expected quality within the specified deadlines. Integrate risks, constraints, and dependencies into the planning to be able to commit to a delivery date.
• Maintain a structured and transparent status of all ongoing validation activities
• Manage and track incidents, problems, and change requests reported by operations or field technicians.
• Improve the internal validation process and tools for software version validation
• Promote and apply a continuous improvement approach, simplifying processes, validation approaches, and technical solutions to improve efficiency, robustness, and time-to-market.
• Contribute to the software development of the solution in Java
• Support activities both in the office and in the laboratory, including validation, commissioning, and operational support when necessary.

Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's in a technical field (software engineering, computer science, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or technical environments involving complex systems.
• Practical expertise in software development (industrial software, platforms, backend, or customized applications)
• Good technical understanding of software and industrial engineering fields, allowing for effective coordination between multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience in delivery-oriented environments, managing deadlines, priorities, dependencies, and risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align stakeholders, facilitate collaboration, manage priorities, and handle issues constructively.
• Ability to step back and maintain an overview while remaining pragmatic and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable working both in the office and on-site (support, validation, commissioning, troubleshooting).
• Proactive, reliable, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Curious and improvement-focused, constantly seeking to simplify processes and solutions.
• Proficiency in English; good level of French; other European languages are an asset.
