Desired profile:

• Higher technical training in the field of building, construction or building technology * Proven experience of several years in a similar function in Switzerland * Excellent mastery of reading plans and analyzing complex technical files * Solid knowledge of the standards and practices of the Swiss construction market * Proven experience in preparing tenders and calculating large-scale projects * Mastery of common IT tools as well as calculation and tendering software, experience with Messerli, WinBau, Sorba or any other similar professional software is an asset * Acute sense of analysis, entrepreneurial spirit and excellent management of priorities * Ability to defend technical and financial choices with the various stakeholders Your mission:
• Analyze tender documents, plans, specifications and technical requirements + Perform measurements and identify technical constraints related to projects + Develop complete cost studies by proposing optimized technical and economic solutions + Consult, negotiate and analyze offers from suppliers and subcontractors + Establish competitive tenders while guaranteeing project profitability + Participate in technical meetings with clients, architects, engineers and partners + Provide technical support to project managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of costing methods + Ensure permanent monitoring of materials, construction techniques and market developments jpidb02a551jm jpit0939jm jpiy26jm
