In addition to our Finance and IT services, global Marketing and Sales Management as well as Human Resources are also located in this area. What awaits you #####

• You independently process all administrative and organizational tasks related to on-, off-, and crossboarding
• You maintain personnel files and manage master data in SAP SuccessFactors as well as in the time tracking tool Atoss
• You are the first point of contact for all HR queries from employees and supervisors
• You obtain work permits and carry out the notification procedure

What you bring with you #####

• You have a commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training as an HR Assistant or HR Specialist with a federal diploma
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience as an HR Assistant
• You communicate excellently in German both orally and in writing and have good English skills; any further language is a plus
• You are IT-savvy, enjoy working digitally, and are characterized as a strong team player
