Become part of our multicultural team and help us shape the future of innovative and high-quality products as Your future areas of responsibility ## Together with your teammates, you will work in daily operations or shift operation as required and ensure the demanding qualitative and quantitative production standards. This includes the following activities:   • Setting up and programming injection molding machines as well as automation systems • Participation in the entire sampling process as well as optimization of existing production processes • Ensuring production quantities and recording operational data (e.g., SPC, MDE) • Supporting the group leader, especially in the induction and training of employees • Recognizing and reporting deviations as well as ensuring a stable production process • Shared responsibility for the maintenance and functionality of the systems   In addition, you will participate in projects and work closely with the quality assurance, laboratory, toolmaking, and logistics departments.
