Due to maternity leave, we are looking for a temporary: Nursing Expert with a view to a potential permanent position.

• Promotion of the best possible care for patients by incorporating "Best practice"
• Advising, supporting and empowering the team in clinical practice
• Co-responsibility for the development and promotion of nursing quality at the Riggisberg location
• Leading and participating in projects for location-specific practice development and the Nursing Directorate
• Representation of professional development in the 3-legged leadership committee of the nursing service at the Riggisberg location
• Participation and representation of Riggisberg professional development in the Nursing Expert Committee for the Medical Field of Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine and Regional Hospitals

What you bring with you

• Nursing science studies with a Master's degree in Nursing Science
• High social and leadership competencies
• Motivation, commitment and resilience
• Networking and pronounced communication skills
• Acting and thinking according to patient-oriented solution processes
• Interest in training in the field of Neuro Rehabilitation
