HR Specialist / HR Services/ Clerk / Bank 100%/ ZH

Project: To support an existing HR Services team, we are looking for an experienced and reliable personality for the Zurich location. Start for 3 months at 100%. We are looking for a person who, due to their experience in HR administration, can become productive quickly and immediately relieve the team.
Tasks:

• Processing standard inquiries from employees via telephone and email
• Support with administrative HR processes
• Taking over and independently processing routine tasks in daily HR operations
• Relieving the HR Services team with occurring administrative work
• Ensuring correct, careful, and timely processing
• Responsible and discreet handling of confidential personnel data

Requirements:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Sound practical experience in personnel administration / HR administration
• Experience in HR Services or in a comparable administrative HR function
• Confident handling of telephone and written employee inquiries
• Independent, proactive, and careful way of working
• High accuracy and strong sense of responsibility
• Discretion and professional handling of confidential information
• Very good MS Office skills an advantage
