Electrical Foreman

Our client, a recognized company active in an industrial and technical environment, is looking for an Electrical Foreman at 100% in CDI.

• Supervise and oversee a team while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance of the work.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize the activities of the electrical workshop.
• Ensure the coordination of work by ensuring good resource management and respect for deadlines.
• Ensure the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic installations as well as PLCs.
• Participate in various missions related to the proper functioning and organization of the workshop.
• Federal diploma as an expert in electrical installation and safety (mastery) required.
• Significant experience in a similar position in Switzerland.
• Experience in the industrial field is an asset.
• Basic knowledge in PLC programming.
• Mastery of French; knowledge of German and English is desired.
• Leadership, rigor, organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team.
