In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a: Senior Project Manager ------------------------- YOUR FUTURE MISSION * Manage cross-functional IT projects in all their dimensions (budget, resources, risks, deadlines, quality). * Ensure the steering and coordination of a portfolio of application and/or IT projects in accordance with the company strategy. * Define and implement the company's project management methodology and ensure its application. * Train, assist, and supervise the various project managers. * Define and implement monitoring indicators for the project portfolio and communicate them regularly to management. YOUR PROFILE * Higher education (university or HES) in IT or equivalent. * Mastery of major project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, ...), a certification is a plus. * Solid experience in steering IT projects and programs, experience in a PMO role is an asset. * Proven experience in managing teams, suppliers, and external service providers. * Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. * Rigorous organization, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
