What you do with us: Independent planning and implementation of technical investment projects (including adaptation or conversion of existing packaging plants or components). Format parts, sensors, glue devices, vision systems (Data Matrix) Leading projects to increase the efficiency of packaging plants Evaluation of new packaging plants or components Estimating necessary adjustments to packaging plants and budgeting costs Technical feasibility study or evaluation for industrialization of new packaging concepts on existing packaging plants Support or implementation of test runs during supplier changes or to optimize existing packaging concepts Technical solution finding for the use of new materials on existing plants (Sustainable Packaging Initiative) Accompanying the installation and commissioning of procured machines or conversions on packaging machines in the plant Support with operator and maintenance training in the packaging area Know-How transfer Engineering/Maintenance When you fit with us: Completed studies at HF/FH or University/ETH level in packaging technology, process engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable function Experience in leading projects in the food industry Knowledge in the field of Lean Manufacturing and TPM (Total Productive Management), especially Early Management Very good German skills (native language or business fluent) Good English skills in spoken and written form Confident handling of drawing programs (e.g., AutoCAD) We are all unique!
