Cuisinier (h/f/d) - CDI - 80% - tournant (de Sierre à Viège) Your missions: • You prepare a variety of hot and cold dishes while ensuring quality, taste, and presentation. • You carry out culinary preparations, cooking, and careful dressing of plates in accordance with technical sheets. • You actively participate in setting up and organizing the kitchen to ensure a smooth and efficient service. • You ensure the conservation and storage of food, including vacuum packaging, while strictly respecting HACCP standards. • You ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and impeccable hygiene of equipment, materials, and kitchen premises. • You contribute to the good management of stocks and control of goods to guarantee the freshness of products. What you bring: • Holder of a CFC in cooking or beneficiary of equivalent training, you have several years of experience in the field (minimum 3 years). • Your professional career allows you to work autonomously, while remaining attentive to your hierarchy and placing customer satisfaction at the center of your concerns. • You demonstrate a team spirit, dynamism, resistance to stress, and you distinguish yourself by your relational ease. • At ease with responsibilities, you know how to manage diversity and are able to set up an efficient work organization, allowing you to cope with current production, while being flexible enough to manage unforeseen events.
