• Initialize, lead to successful completion, and support the use of Luftwaffe projects in the areas of airspace surveillance and air superiority
• Formulate user needs for our system landscape, implement concepts, and realize new requirements and changes
• Develop military basic papers and concepts
• Process operational and technical business matters
• Represent the Luftwaffe in project and system committees, with the manufacturer company, as well as in national and international committees.

What makes you unique

• Degree from a university or college of higher education with 2 - 3 years of function-relevant experience in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
• Methodological knowledge in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, project execution (e.g. HERMES) as well as basics in safety management according to aviation-specific standards
• Open personality as well as enjoyment of teamwork and problem-solving
• Active knowledge in two official languages, passive knowledge of a third official language as well as very good English skills
• Swiss citizen; Officer of the Luftwaffe desired

Your commitment to security and freedom

Das Kommando Operationen (Kdo Op) is responsible for all military operations and missions of the Schweizer Armee. Kdo Op includes, among others, the Luftwaffe, the Heer, the four Territorialdivisionen, the Kompetenzzentrum SWISSINT, the Kommando Spezialkräfte as well as the Militärpolizei. Around 40 % of the approx. 2'500 employees are civilian employees - from Ingenieur/-innen to Luftfahrzeugmechaniker/-innen to Analyst/-innen.

Die Schweizer Armee employs over 9'000 employees in four military and around 200 civilian professions - and this at 110 locations throughout Switzerland. Provision is also made for new talent: Die Schweizer Armee trains apprentices in over 30 professions.
