• Processing of support requests and fault reports in the IT environment
• Monitoring and operation of servers and networks at the customer site
• Creation and maintenance of operating manuals and instructions
• Further development of IT services and cloud offerings

• Experience as a System Administrator or IT Supporter
• Very good German and good English skills
• Sound knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
• Completed training in the field of informatics or comparable
