Thanks to your forward-thinking mindset, you play a key role in the efficiency of our fresh meat production ### What you move You create, maintain, and optimize short-, medium-, and long-term production plans for the livestock area (beef, veal, lamb) * You plan and control the slaughtering and butchering process and ensure the optimal utilization of raw materials with a particular focus on ensuring the sausage meat supply * You coordinate capacities with the production sites and flexibly adjust the planning in the event of deviations, bottlenecks, or disruptions * You monitor inventory levels, identify risks along the value chain early on, and initiate appropriate measures * You analyze data and simulate alternative scenarios in the event of changes in demand, supply bottlenecks, or production failures. * You work closely with production, sales, purchasing, logistics, and other interfaces and actively participate in planning and coordination meetings * You ensure high product availability and contribute to the economic optimization of stocks and processes * You support the continuous further development, digitalization, and automation of planning processes in SAP IBP ### What you bring * Education: Completed basic or further education * Specialization: Completed vocational training with strong IT and system affinity as well as enjoyment of data-based planning and process optimization * Professional experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
