Position to be refilled in anticipation of the current holder's departure. Assistant to the Head Road Maintenance Officer at 80%-100% Service : Road Maintenance Activities : You play a key role in the smooth running of the municipality: Collaborate in planning and organizing road maintenance activities and municipal construction sites. Supervise and support the team, ensure staff follow-up, and promote a good working climate. Control the quality and safety of the work performed. Prepare estimates, excavation permits, and ensure the administrative follow-up of construction sites. Manage event materials and ensure the proper use of equipment. Replace the Head Road Maintenance Officer in their absence. Desired profile : CFC in a construction trade or training deemed equivalent. Confirmed experience in a position of responsibility with personnel management. Driving license cat. C + E and operator's license. Good mastery of French (oral and written) and standard IT tools. Sense of organization, ability to manage multiple tasks, and resistance to stress. Availability for winter on-call duty. A federal certificate, foreman school, or continuing education in works management constitutes an asset.
