Your tasks ##

• Monitoring and analysis of all relevant key figures of the respective department
• Substantive participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as in annual planning
• Development of target/actual comparisons as well as analysis and commentary of deviations, benchmark analyses
• Support in the follow-up of implemented measures
• Creation of evaluations and ad-hoc analyses
• Preparation of regular key figure presentations, scenario calculations and rolling forecasts
• Sparring partner for decision-makers for the economic evaluation of initiatives and projects
• Interface function in the evaluation of reporting requirements and key figure monitoring and initiating implementation by the reporting team
• Participation in the optimization of internal processes as well as the further development of controlling instruments through the use of modern everyday AI tools for increasing efficiency and data processing

Your profile ##

• Completed studies (Uni/FH) in the field of BWL, industrial engineering or equivalent further training with a federal diploma
• Ideally initial professional experience in controlling in retail, FMCG sector or the consumer goods industry
• Confident handling of the Google Workspace environment (Sheets, Docs and Slides) for collaborative working in real time
• Experienced handling of Google NotebookLM or generative AI tools is an advantage
• Willingness to learn, confident appearance, determination and enjoyment of teamwork
• Analytical thinking, flexibility as well as a careful and independent way of working
• Reliability regarding deadlines and accuracy, a strong service orientation and communication skills
• Very good German skills (at least level C1), another national language is an advantage
