Your tasks and perspectives ##

• 1st and 2nd level onsite support at our customers in the Canton of St. Gallen (St. Gallen, Grabs, Wil and Uznach)
• Installing and maintaining workstation systems, staging of clients, peripheral devices, mobile devices and communication tools
• Updating hardware inventory, operating manuals, instructions and checklists
• Collaboration in rollout and relocation projects
• Collaboration in the lifecycle replacement of IT hardware

What you bring for this position ##

• Training as an Informatiker/in EFZ or several years of professional experience in the support of client infrastructures
• Very good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office, telephony and in various administration tools such as software distribution and Active Directory
• Team-oriented, independent and customer-oriented way of working, analytical thinking and structured way of working
• Proficient oral and written German skills (at least level B2)
• Driver's license category B (passenger cars)
