Then you fit perfectly with us!   For Haus Schönberg in the Bern region, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a   Healthcare Specialist EFZ 80-100%    Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Taking over tasks as a primary caregiver • Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI/BESA for the assigned guests • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) • Planning and accompanying doctor visits • Taking over daily responsibility • Taking over tasks as a topic carrier for a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality • Independent assumption of responsibility for the entire ward during the night shift   Your profile • Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI/BESA knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in versatile challenges • Good German language skills in spoken and written form   Why Tertianum?
