Currently, for our headquarters located in Bienne, we are looking for a/an for our "Mechanics & Tooling" department:

CNC TOOLMAKER (M/F)

Missions:

As a qualified mechanic, you produce mechanical parts (machining and assembly) based on drawings and sketches and you participate in continuous improvement as well as the evolution of the tooling department. As a specialist, you also participate in the training of apprentices and new employees.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture of parts, assemblies and prototypes using conventional and numerically controlled machines
• Programming (CAM), setup and machining on CNC machines up to 5 simultaneous axes
• Participation in the assembly and commissioning of special equipment and machines
• Contributing to the update of 3D/2D CAD drawings as part of continuous improvement processes
• Ensuring maintenance and repair work
• Maintenance of machines, tools and workshop devices

Skills:

• CFC in polymechanic or micromecanic
• Good knowledge of machining and assembly methods
• Experience in 5-axis machining would be an advantage
• Knowledge of Fanuc, Heidenhain and GibbsCam CAM programming
• Analytical skills and ability to propose solutions
• Creative, enterprising, autonomous spirit and able to integrate into a team
