Nurse at 60% - 90% Le Réseau Santé de la Glâne is an association representing the 14 communes of the district of la Glâne. It consists of three medico-social establishments (235 beds including 24 beds in psychogeriatrics), a Day Care Home of 8 places, an Evaluation and Orientation Stay (SEO) unit of 12 beds, and the home help and care service (ASDG). In order to complete its team at the Vuisternens site, Le Réseau Santé de la Glâne is recruiting for a position as an Nurse at 60%-90% Main responsibilities Guarantee quality support for residents based on safety, benevolence, and respect. Ensure and develop the quality of care and services. Maintain relationships of trust with residents and their relatives. Respect the choices and expectations of residents. Ensure close collaboration with other units. Guarantee activity at different sites if necessary. Profile Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or a diploma recognized by the Croix-Rouge Suisse. Experience in geriatric care. Ability to work with people suffering from cognitive disorders. Good communication, listening, and empathy skills. Excellent ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Analytical and synthesis skills. Priority management. Knowledge of IT tools Carefolio, RAI, MS Office. RAI supervisor training = an asset. Good oral and written knowledge of French.
