YOUR MISSION Contact person for customers and internal teams worldwide for technical questions Ensure smooth and efficient machine and process operation Continuously optimize processes and increase quality Conduct training and technical support – on-site and remote Accompany machine acceptance tests internally and externally Lead projects from sales closure to successful installation International travel activities approx. 80 % YOUR PROFILE Completed technical training (e.g., mechanic, automation technician) Further education as an engineer FH/ (mechanical engineering, system technology, mechatronics, or similar) Several years of professional experience in plant or machine construction Initial experience in project management and basic business understanding Very good understanding of technical processes and machine processes Negotiation-secure German and English skills (C1), additional languages an advantage Independent, quality- and solution-oriented work, analytical and networked thinking 👉 Does this sound like you?
