During your three-year apprenticeship, you will be on the move a lot, advise customers in different languages and support them with questions about train connections and tickets - whether online or at the ticket machine. ### This is what you can expect • Your workplace is on the move on varied routes - right through Switzerland. • You check tickets and inform passengers about exceptional events directly on site. • You keep an overview of connections and transfers and can competently advise travelers on various questions. • With calmness and clarity, you react to unforeseen situations and ensure that passengers feel safe on their journey. During your training, you will be accompanied by experienced and committed practice instructors.
