As a member of our IT team in Bern, you play a key role between the Swiss sites and the central DACH IT. You understand the business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure, with the specialized departments and IT, a successful implementation. Company benefits Exclusive benefits on many brands and partners, notably via "Brands for Employees" Your tasks • Management, optimization, and development of the IT infrastructure in the areas of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, servers, network, virtualization, cloud, and IT security • Analysis and resolution of complex faults in 2nd level support as well as close collaboration with internal and external interlocutors • Planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects such as network, server, cloud, and data center migrations • Taking charge of technical tasks in projects, from configuration and migrations to error analysis and modifications • Support in complying with IT security and compliance requirements as well as active participation in the development of the IT environment • Function as a central point of contact between the Swiss departments and DACH IT, advising on relevant IT topics and supporting digitalization initiatives Your profile • Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, IT EFZ, or equivalent qualification • Several years of experience in IT support, IT infrastructure, or the management and implementation of IT infrastructure projects • In-depth knowledge of classic and modern infrastructure topics, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, networks, servers, virtualization, Azure/Cloud technologies, and IT security • Team spirit with strong communication and organizational skills • Structured and solution-oriented working method with a strong practical mentality • High personal initiative and autonomous implementation of projects • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is an asset Would you like to contribute actively to the future of the IT department?
