We provide freedom, trust each other, and treat one another with appreciation Specialist Easement and Contract Management (all) Your tasks Ensuring professional, legally secure, and efficient easement and contract management in the Netze business unit Independently developing and preparing relevant basics for the creation of easement contracts, including plan documentation Coordinating and accompanying notarization processes in close cooperation with notaries, landowners, municipalities, and authorities In doing so, you ensure that easement contracts are renewed on time and managed professionally You keep an eye on appointments, deadlines, and contractual obligations at all times and initiate the necessary measures Negotiating and coordinating compensations together with land valuation experts and ensuring smooth processing Taking responsibility for the complete, structured, and audit-proof documentation of all contracts in the relevant systems Ensuring high data quality in the contract management system and in SAP PM through a careful and proactive way of working Independently creating evaluations, analyses, and decision-making bases for internal stakeholders in a target-group-oriented manner Actively contributing your expertise in cooperation with project managers, specialist departments, as well as external partners and authorities Supporting the acquisition of rights to secure locations for transformer stations and cable cabinets Your profile Successfully completed commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in contract management, real estate, or public administration You have already been able to gain experience in the environment of infrastructure, energy, or construction projects Knowledge of land registry, property law, or the area of easements is an advantage Technical contexts interest you and you enjoy working with plans and maps You are confident in using MS Office and document management systems; SAP PM knowledge is a plus You analyze contracts and legal contexts in a structured manner and prepare them understandably An independent, precise, and responsible way of working characterizes you as much as your high quality standards With your negotiating skills and your confident appearance, you convince internal and external stakeholders Strong communication skills as well as a solution-oriented mindset are among your strengths Very good German skills in spoken and written form round off your profile Our offer Work-Life Balance Various flexible annual working time models, home office possibility, as well as modern office premises in a central location.
