Your tasks consist of ...

• providing professional care and support to residents as well as assisting relatives with advice and action.
• ensuring the nursing process and a high quality of care.
• organizing the residential area independently (day leadership).
• supporting the team in the execution of nursing and medical tasks.
• undertaking teaching and instructional tasks and ensuring current knowledge management.

You fit us if you ...

• have a degree as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau / dipl. Pflegefachmann (HF, DN II, AKP) or a Bachelor Pflege FH.
• ideally have professional experience in the long-term care sector and in dealing with people with dementia.
• are ready to take on responsibility and show commitment.
• can think innovatively and creatively as well as act professionally.
• are flexible, motivated, team-oriented, and resident-oriented.
• possess very good oral and written German skills.

The Alterszentrum Am Bachgraben is more than a place to live, it is a home for over 210 residents. With over 320 dedicated employees, we offer not only a wide spectrum of care and support but also specialized support for people with dementia and in Palliative Care. Additionally, we stand by our residents in case of acute medical needs and offer holistic and caring care in old age. Our offering is supplemented by 85 age-appropriate apartments and numerous services.
