Signage Technician 60 - 80% The Stiftung Villa supports around 100 young people and adults with behavioral issues and/or mental impairments in their social, educational, and professional development, to enable them to lead an independent, self-responsible life. Our range of services includes the three areas of School, Vocational Training & Work, and Living. Signage technology is one of six training companies in the Vocational Training & Work area. We are looking for a technically skilled and committed personality as a Signage Technician (60 - 80%) starting August 1, 2026 or by arrangement. We create perspectives through empathy and creativity: for the trainees and for the customer! In our signage technology training company, you will fulfill service orders for our customers together with our trainees. On the one hand, you will support trainees as a vocational trainer in their personal development and their technical and practical training. On the other hand, you will plan and coordinate processes with a view to deadlines, quality, and manufacturing methodology and contribute to smooth order processing with your structured way of working. What awaits you A versatile task in signage technology with a high degree of practical relevance, customer contact, and a central training mandate for our trainees. Customer and order support as well as guidance and instruction of the trainees Individual promotion, support, and vocational training of the trainees as a reference person using structured support planning Implementation of a statutory mandate for the vocational training of young people with impairments Implementation of project management from the idea, through design and creative work, to internal production, up to professional external assembly at the customer's site Creating offers and invoices and maintaining customer contacts Work preparation (AVOR), order processing, process optimization, and final order control Material procurement (consumables, tools, machines) as well as co-responsibility for the preservation of value/maintenance of operational resources What you bring with you Completed basic training as a Signage Technician EFZ Vocational trainer course, or willingness to complete it Confident knowledge of common graphic programs and professional material knowledge Open, winning personality with high self- and social competence Team-oriented, positive, and reliable attitude, as well as resilience Careful, reliable, and efficient way of working with enjoyment of high service quality Willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation and to participate in internal further training and meetings Driver's license Cat.
