Your responsibilities
In collaboration with the management, you will notably be responsible for:
Managing and coordinating the planning and drawing teams
Developing estimates, schedules and tender documents
Managing adjudication meetings and the company selection process, in coordination with management
Ensuring the monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality
Ensuring compliance with standards, contractual requirements and safety rules
Organizing receptions, ensuring the follow-up of warranty work and conducting the handover of the work
Your profile
Training as an architect, ES technician in construction management or architectural draughtsperson
At least five years of professional experience in Switzerland in planning and construction management
Excellent mastery of the costing phases and the drafting of tenders
Mastery of usual IT tools, notably Messerli, MS Project and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage construction sites autonomously and to guarantee compliance with costs, deadlines and quality
Sense of organization, precision and rigor
Spirit of initiative, dynamism and ability to make decisions
Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communication with clients, companies and employers
