What you achieve ##

• You take over the management of projects and transformations within Helvetia Baloise and accompany them from the clarification of the mandate to successful implementation. In doing so, you create transparency regarding progress, risks and dependencies and ensure that the agreed goals are achieved.
• You connect different specialist departments, IT units and stakeholders, lead project teams purposefully through demanding changes and ensure sound decisions as well as effective cooperation across organizational boundaries.
• You bring structure to complex undertakings, manage resources, deadlines, costs and risks and create the basis for sound management decisions with target-group-oriented reporting.
• You combine proven project management methods with new approaches and support our customers in successfully anchoring sustainable changes in the organization.

What you bring ##

• Several years of experience in managing projects or transformation projects, ideally in an insurance, financial services or consulting environment.
• You move confidently between business and IT, think in networks and know how to bring different interests together towards a common goal.
• You communicate at eye level with specialists, managers and decision-makers and convince through your structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
• You bring a high degree of personal responsibility, implementation strength and customer orientation and enjoy successfully leading demanding challenges to their goal.
