The role… You will become part of our four-person team in facilities management and together ensure that our plant premises and infrastructure function reliably at all times. With your technical understanding, your hands-on mentality, and your organizational talent, you will make an important contribution to a safe, modern, and efficient production site. How you will make a difference… Managing the plant premises and ensuring flawless building maintenance Planning, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance, repair, upkeep, and renovation work on building facilities (e.g., building services/technical building equipment) Supervising and supporting external repair and maintenance companies Managing the material warehouse as well as procuring consumables using SAP S/4HANA Performing administrative tasks in facilities management, such as orders, internal publications, and updating building plans Supporting safety tasks as well as planning and implementing office moves if required Assisting in the management of the locking system (e.g., database management, badge/key issuance/return, door access programming) Operating the fire alarm system at the Rapperswil SG plant What you bring with you... Completed basic vocational training in a manual trade (e.g., as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or comparable training) Experience in coordinating maintenance, renovation, or building projects is an advantage Proficient use of MS Office; SAP S/4HANA knowledge is an advantage Category B driver's license as well as a forklift license are an advantage Very good German skills in spoken and written; English skills are an advantage Enjoyment of technical topics as well as an independent, practical, and solution-oriented way of working with organizational skills and professional handling of different stakeholders What do we offer?
