We see ourselves as a network of different personalities and professionals, in which each individual makes their contribution to the well-being and development of the whole.   For the care of children as well as for the management of a care group, we are looking for the Globi Kinderkrippe Gossau by arrangement   a group leader 80% The Globi Kinderkrippe Gossau provides space for infants and children from the age of 3 months until school entry. We offer 25 care places and live the care model with two mixed-age groups. Your tasks: Management of a group Care work in the groups Maintenance of active and service-oriented cooperation with the parents Compliance with and implementation of our operational concept as well as the values of the Globi Kinderkrippen Training of apprentices and interns What we expect from you: Recognized training in the field of childcare as well as professional and training experience For you, the child is the focus Thematic work and assessments as well as targeted support are familiar to you. You are responsible, proactive and team spirit is important to you.
